🏷️ Position:

Loans and Grants Administrative Assistant

📝 Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing and securing grants and other funding opportunities
  • Support the NBCGSS team with administrative tasks related to student loans and grants
  • Help prepare documentation and reports to maintain CSJ compliance
  • Work closely with graduate student leadership and gain real-world office experience

✅ Eligibility:

  • Must be a domestic graduate student (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or with refugee status)
  • Available for employment during the CSJ-approved job period
  • Able to work the required hours as per the Canada Summer Jobs funding agreement
